New 1547 Restoration Fines In Place

Effective January 20, 2018 in accordance with Act 30 the Department will now be enforcing new 1547 Restoration Fees for customers who receive a Chemical Refusal Violations (Section 1547 of Title 75). The fee increase for this violation will occur as shown below:

• 1^st 1547 offense- $500
• 2^nd 1547 offense-$1000
• 3^rd 1547 and subsequent 1547 offenses- $2000
